Maryland Public Safety Section 3-301

Article - Public Safety

§ 3-301.

      (a)      In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

      (b)      "Commission" means a special police commission issued under this subtitle.

      (c)      "Secretary" means the Secretary of State Police.

      (d)      "Special police officer" means an individual who holds a commission issued under this subtitle.
