Maryland Public Safety Section 2-207

      The following units are in the Department:

            (1)      the State Fire Prevention Commission;

            (2)      the office of State Fire Marshal; and

            (3)      any other unit determined by the Secretary to be part of the Department or established by law as part of the Department.
