Maryland Labor and Employment Section 10-301

Article - Labor and Employment

§ 10-301.

      (a)      In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

      (b)      "Board" means the Uninsured Employers' Fund Board.

      (c)      "Fund" means the Uninsured Employers' Fund.
