Maryland Health Occupations Section 8-6B-09

      (a)      To apply for a license, an applicant shall:

            (1)      Submit to the Board:

                  (i)      An application on the form that the Board requires; and

                  (ii)      Evidence of compliance with the requirements of § 8-6B-08 of this subtitle; and

            (2)      Pay to the Board a fee set by the Board.

      (b)      The Board shall issue the appropriate license to an applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle.
