Maryland Health Occupations Section 3-5A-07

      (a)      To apply for a certificate, an applicant shall:

            (1)      Submit to the Board an application on the form that the Board requires;

            (2)      Submit to the Board evidence of compliance with the requirements of § 3-5A-05 of this subtitle; and

            (3)      Pay the application fee set by the Board.

      (b)      To apply for registration, an applicant shall:

            (1)      Submit to the Board an application on the form that the Board requires;

            (2)      Submit to the Board evidence of compliance with the requirements of § 3-5A-05 of this subtitle; and

            (3)      Pay the application fee set by the Board.
