Maryland Health Occupations Section 17-3A-02.2

      (a)      The Board shall grant a license to practice clinical marriage and family therapy to an applicant if the applicant:

            (1)      Is a State resident;

            (2)      Is licensed or certified as a marriage and family therapist in another state whose requirements are equivalent to or exceed the requirements of § 17-3A-02(e) of this subtitle;

            (3)      Submits an application on the form that the Board requires; and

            (4)      Pays to the Board the application fee set by the Board.

      (b)      The Board shall adopt regulations to implement this section.
