Maryland Health Occupations Section 15-311

      Subject to the hearing provisions of § 15-313 of this subtitle, the Board, on the affirmative vote of a majority of its members then serving, may deny a certificate to any applicant for:

            (1)      Failure to meet the qualifications for certification; or

            (2)      Any of the reasons that are grounds for disciplinary action under § 15-314 of this subtitle.
