Maryland Health Occupations Section 14-5B-17

      (a)      Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, a person may not practice, attempt to practice, or offer to practice medical radiation technology in this State unless certified to practice medical radiation technology by the Board.

      (b)      Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, a person may not practice, attempt to practice, or offer to practice nuclear medicine technology in this State unless certified to practice nuclear medicine technology by the Board.

      (c)      Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, a person may not practice, attempt to practice, or offer to practice radiation oncology/therapy technology in this State unless certified to practice radiation oncology/therapy technology by the Board.
