Maryland Health Occupations Section 12-301

      (a)      Except as otherwise provided in this title, an individual shall be licensed by the Board before the individual may practice pharmacy in this State.

      (b)      This section does not apply to an individual while engaging in a professional experience program under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
