Maryland Health - General Section 8-6C-02

      (a)      There shall be a Substance Abuse Treatment Outcomes Partnership Fund, established within the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

      (b)      The Fund shall be administered according to this subtitle.

      (c)      (1)      The Fund shall receive moneys as provided by the Governor in the State budget.

            (2)      The Fund also may accept funds from local, nonprofit, or private organizations.
