Maryland Health - General Section 24-435

      (a)      Any person who violates any provision of this subtitle or any rule or regulation adopted under this subtitle, is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $250 for each offense.

      (b)      Any person who makes, renovates, or sells a piece of bedding or upholstered furniture in violation of any provision of this subtitle, or any rule or regulation adopted under this subtitle, commits a separate offense for each piece made, renovated, or sold.
