Maryland Health - General Section 24-424

      (a)      Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, any bedding or upholstered furniture that has been disinfected under this subtitle shall have written on the tag required by § 24-423 of this subtitle:

            (1)      The words "contents disinfected"; and

            (2)      The license number of the disinfector who disinfected the article or filling material.

      (b)      Secondhand bedding that has not been renovated and that has been disinfected under this subtitle shall have written on the tag required by § 24-423 of this subtitle:

            (1)      The words "secondhand -- contents disinfected"; and

            (2)      The license number of the disinfector who disinfected the secondhand bedding.
