Maryland Health - General Section 24-420

      (a)      A disinfector may not use any disinfection process that is not approved by and registered with the Department.

      (b)      The Department shall issue a certificate of approval for each approved disinfection process.

      (c)      A disinfector shall post the certificate of approval near the disinfection equipment.
