Maryland Health - General Section 13-406

      (a)      Twelve members of the State Advisory Council are a quorum.

      (b)      The State Advisory Council shall meet:

            (1)      Regularly at the times and places that it determines; and

            (2)      At the call of:

                  (i)      The Governor;

                  (ii)      The Secretary; or

                  (iii)      The Chairman.

      (c)      A member of the State Advisory Council:

            (1)      May not receive compensation; but

            (2)      Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.

      (d)      The Secretary shall designate the staff necessary to carry out this subtitle.
