Maryland Health - General Section 10-303

Article - Health - General

§ 10-303.

      (a)      From among its members, the Maryland Advisory Council shall elect a chairman and a vice chairman.

      (b)      The manner of election of officers and their terms of office shall be as the Maryland Advisory Council determines.
