      On or before December 31, 2005, the Child Care Administration, in collaboration with the Mental Hygiene Administration, the State Department of Education, and the Governor's Office for Children, Youth, and Families, shall submit a report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2-1246 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly that evaluates the Pilot Program established under this subtitle and comparable programs as applicable.
