Maryland Financial Institutions Section 13-708.1

      (a)      Subject to the approval of the Board of Public Works and the Legislative Policy Committee, and in addition to the powers set forth elsewhere in this subtitle, the Authority may develop any portion of Camden Yards for the purpose of generating incidental revenues for the benefit of the Authority.

      (b)      The power to develop portions of Camden Yards includes the power to determine the location of, develop, establish, construct, erect, acquire, own, lease, repair, remodel, add to, extend, improve, equip, operate as landlord, regulate, maintain, sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of any portion of Camden Yards.

      (c)      Except for its condemnation power, the Authority may exercise all of its powers under this subtitle with respect to the development of portions of Camden Yards.
