Maryland Environment Section 4-306

      The county health department in each county, on at least a monthly basis, shall take a stream sample at the critical point of every sewage disposal plant's point of discharge within the Watershed in its county. It shall deliver copies of the analyses of each sample to the appropriate operator, the Department of the Environment, and other units stated in § 4-304.
