Maryland Environment Section 3-204

      (a)      The Council shall meet at the times and places that the Secretary or the chairman determines.

      (b)      A member of the Council:

            (1)      May not receive compensation; but

            (2)      Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.

      (c)      The Department shall provide the Council with secretarial and stenographic assistance.
