Maryland Correctional Services Section 5-101

Article - Correctional Services

§ 5-101.

      (a)      In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.

      (b)      "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Pretrial Detention and Services.

      (c)      "Division" means the Division of Pretrial Detention and Services.
