Maryland Correctional Services Section 3-101

Article - Correctional Services

§ 3-101.

      (a)      In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.

      (b)      "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Correction.

      (c)      "Division" means the Division of Correction.
