Maryland Correctional Services Section 10-101
§ 10-101.
(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) "Board" means the Board of Public Works.
(c) "State correctional facility" has the meaning stated in § 11-101(v) of the State Finance and Procurement Article.
