Maryland Criminal Law Section 13-1301

      (a)      In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

      (b)      "County commissioners" means the Board of County Commissioners of Frederick County.

      (c)      "Gaming event" includes a:

            (1)      bazaar;

            (2)      carnival;

            (3)      raffle;

            (4)      tip jar; and

            (5)      punchboard.
