Maryland Department of Human Resources Section 130E

      The Department shall annually report to the Governor and, subject to § 2-1246 of the State Government Article, to the General Assembly, on the activities of the Program, including:

            (1)      Financial reports;

            (2)      Distribution of funds;

            (3)      Community participation; and

            (4)      Overall effectiveness of the Program in fulfilling its stated purpose.
