Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development Section 5-1803

      A qualified film production employer may receive a rebate in the amount of 50% of the amount of qualified employee wages that the qualified film production employer has paid, up to a maximum rebate amount of $2,000,000 for any particular film production activity.
