Maryland Land Use Section 14.01

      (a)      This section applies to Allegany County.

      (b)      The planning commission may consist of seven members.

      (c)      (1)      The term of each member is 5 years.

            (2)      Each member shall serve until a successor is appointed and qualifies.

            (3)      The terms of two of the members of the planning commission shall be staggered.
