Maryland Alcoholic Beverages Section 9-220

      In Somerset County, the Board of License Commissioners may not approve any license to sell alcoholic beverages within a 300 foot measurement from the nearest point of the building that is the proposed establishment for which the license is requested to the nearest point of the property line of a school, church or other place of worship, public library, or youth center. This section may not apply to the issuance of special or temporary licenses.
