Maryland Washington Suburban Sanitary District Section 4-207

      Bonds issued under this subtitle may be secured by or made payable from letters of credit, lines of credit, bond purchase agreements, bond insurance policies, guaranty agreements, and similar credit arrangements, as the WSSC determines.
