Maryland Washington Suburban Sanitary District Section 15-103

      (a)      The WSSC may enter into any contract or agreement with the Howard County Department of Public Works for the maintenance and operation of portions of the water system of the Howard County Department of Public Works which are supplied from the water system of the WSSC.

      (b)      If this contract or agreement provides that the WSSC shall maintain and operate portions of the water system of the Howard County Department of Public Works:

            (1)      The operating control of the water systems or portions of the water systems of the Howard County Department of Public Works belongs exclusively to the WSSC; and

            (2)      The WSSC shall collect all fees and charges incident to the maintenance and operation of the water systems or the use of water in accordance with § 6-104(b)(4) of this article.
