Maryland County Commissioners Section 179

      The board of county commissioners shall deliver to the board of directors one copy of the petition and report as approved by the board of county commissioners. The board of county commissioners shall retain the original copy of said petition and report in their official records and shall deliver a second copy of the petition and report to the State Soil Conservation Committee.
