Maryland Political Subdivisions - Miscellaneous Provisions Section 12-201

      (a)      In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

      (b)      "Commission" means the Washington County Salary Study Commission.

      (c)      "County Commissioners" means the Board of County Commissioners of Washington County.

      (d)      "Legislative delegation" means the members of the General Assembly whose districts are within or include part of Washington County.
