Maryland Tri-County Council for Western Maryland Section 1-105

Article - Tri-County Council for Western Maryland

§ 1-105.

      (a)      The Council shall select and retain its own legal counsel.

      (b)      Notwithstanding subsection (a) of this section, the Attorney General of Maryland shall serve as legal advisor to the Council in all matters pertaining to the Council's activities.
