§12001. Night season and restrictions

1. Open night hunting season. Notwithstanding the night hunting prohibitions in section 11206‐A, there is an open season for hunting coyotes at night in all counties of the State from December 16th to August 31st.

2. Night; hunting hours.

3. Calling devices required. A person may not hunt coyotes at night without possessing an electronic, hand-held or mouth-operated predator calling device.

A person who hunts coyotes in violation of this subsection commits a Class E crime.
