§11854. Nest or eggs of wild birds

A person may not take, possess or needlessly destroy the nest or eggs of a wild bird, except the English or European house sparrow and the European starling. A person who violates this section commits a Class E crime. [2003, c. 414, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); 2003, c. 614, §9 (AFF).]
