2005 Maine Code - §1112 — Administration


    The department shall administer this chapter. In carrying out the provisions of this chapter, the department shall consult as appropriate with other state agencies, including the Department of Conservation, the Department of Environmental Protection, the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife, the Department of Marine Resources, the Department of Public Safety, the Department of Transportation, the Maine Land Use Regulation Commission, the Maine Atlantic Salmon Commission and the State Planning Office, for their aid and assistance. [2001, c. 460, §3 (new).]
