Nothing in this chapter is intended to or may be construed to: [1989, c. 534, Pt. C, §1 (new).]
1. Foreclosure. Prevent the collection, by foreclosure, of property taxes which become a lien against tax-deferred property;[1989, c. 534, Pt. C, §1 (new).]

3. Land provisions. Affect any provision of any mortgage, or other instrument relating to land, requiring a person to pay property taxes.[1989, c. 534, Pt. C, §1 (new).]
