1. Public auctions. Liquidation sales by public auction of not more than 3 days duration conducted by a licensed auctioneer;[1987, c. 737, Pt. A, §2 (new); Pt. C, §106 (new); 1989, c. 6 (amd); c. 9, §2 (amd); c. 104, Pt. C, §§8, 10 (amd).]
2. Sheriffs' sales. Sales conducted or made by sheriffs, deputy sheriffs, constables, collectors of taxes, executors, administrators, guardians, conservators, receivers, assignees under voluntary assignments for the benefit of creditors or insurers; or[1987, c. 737, Pt.
