2005 Maine Code - §3264 — Park commissioners

      1. Park commissioners; appointment. Notwithstanding section 3261, municipalities may elect or appoint 5 park commissioners, initially to hold office for one, 2, 3, 4 and 5 years, respectively. Their successors shall be appointed for terms of 5 years each. Members shall serve until the appointment of their successors.[1987, c. 737, Pt. A, §2 (new); Pt.       2. Duties. The park commissioners shall:
