2005 Maine Code - §2803-C — Penalty
An agency that fails to comply with a provision of this chapter commits a civil violation for which the State or local government entity whose officer or employee committed the violation may be adjudged a fine not to exceed $500. [2005, c. 331, §18 (new).]
