2005 Maine Code - §2359 — Refusing admission to inspector


    An owner or occupant of a building, who refuses to permit an inspector of buildings to enter the buildings or willfully obstructs the inspector in the inspection of such building as required by chapters 313 to 321, must be penalized in accordance with Title 30-A, section 4452. [1995, c. 462, Pt. A, §48 (rpr).]
