2005 Maine Code - §2055 — Penalty
A person who violates this chapter commits a Class E crime. Except as otherwise specifically provided, violation of this chapter is a strict liability crime as defined in Title 17-A, section 34, subsection 4-A. [2003, c. 452, Pt. N, §5 (rpr); Pt. X, §2 (aff).]
