§691. Office of receivership; functions
There is hereby created an office of receivership in the Department of Insurance. Such office shall be under the direction of the deputy commissioner for receivership. The duties and functions of the office of receivership and the deputy commissioner for receivership shall be as provided in this Title and as assigned by the commissioner.
