§4024. Reports
The Department of Education annually shall report to the Senate Committee on Education, the House Committee on Education, and the Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget regarding the implementation of the program, including the number of eligible students receiving scholarships, a list of participating schools and the number of scholarship recipients each such school enrolled, and aggregate test result data for the scholarship recipients enrolled in each participating school.
