§2437. Contracts
As soon as the surveys, plans and specifications have been completed for the construction program detailed herein, for which bonds are hereby authorized to be issued, the Louisiana State Building Authority is empowered and directed to receive bids and award contracts in accordance with R.S. 38:2211 to 38:2217, inclusive, for the construction of the buildings and other structures and facilities for which bonds or other obligations are herein authorized or which are found to be needed at the institutions named herein, including furnishings and equipment therefor.
