§532. Commissioners of departments
In municipalities having five members of the council, the mayor shall be commissioner of the department of public affairs and public education; one councilman shall be commissioner of the department of accounts and finances; one councilman shall be commissioner of the department of public health and safety; one councilman shall be commissioner of the department of public utilities; and one councilman shall be commissioner of the department of streets and parks.
In municipalities having three members of the council, the mayor shall be commissioner of the department of public health and safety; one councilman shall be commissioner of the department of finance and public utilities; and one councilman shall be commissioner of the department of streets and parks.
