2009 Louisiana Civil Code :: CC 608 - Dissolution of juridical person; thirty year limitation
Art. 608. Dissolution of legal entity; thirty year limitation.
A usufruct established in favor of a legal entity other than a natural person terminates when the entity ceases to exist, or upon the lapse of thirty years from the date of the commencement of the usufruct.
