§455. Penalties
No person shall act as attorney-in-fact for a reciprocal insurer except in accordance with the provisions of this Part and any person who violates any of the provisions of this Section or who knowingly participates in or abets such violation shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars.
