§349.  Examinations

A representative of the office of the commissioner of insurance shall make an examination of the books, papers, and affairs of each association once in every five years and may make an examination more often if it is made to appear to the commissioner of insurance that the association is not complying with the provisions of this Part or its articles or bylaws.
