§3046.  Confidentiality; documents, information

All information, documents, and copies thereof obtained by or disclosed to the commissioner, or its duly authorized representative, shall be given confidential treatment, shall not be subject to subpoena, and shall not be made public by the commissioner, the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC), or any other person, except to the insurance departments of other states or in any adjudicatory hearing or court proceeding invoked by the commissioner in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter.
