§2092.9.1. Title insurer; agency appointment and termination
Within five days of executing or terminating a contract with a title insurance agent, the title insurer shall provide written notification of the appointment or termination and the reason for termination to the department. All notices of appointment and termination of a title insurance agent shall be made on a form promulgated by the department.
